Payment And Cancellation Policy

Our company cares about client comfort and financial transparency. At the same time, for effective management of each reservation, please familiarize yourself with the payment and cancellation rules outlined below.

I. Payment Terms (Payment Policy)

  • Advance Payment (Deposit): To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of at least 30–50% is required. Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before the departure date.
  • Non-refundable Services: Air tickets, visas, insurance, and special offers are considered non-refundable.
  • Payment Methods: Payment is accepted only through official channels: bank transfer, POS terminal, or online payment system (payment link or platform integrated on the website). Cash payment is possible only at the office, with the provision of a relevant receipt.
  • Currency And Exchange Rate: All prices are indicated in Lari (GEL), Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated. When paying in foreign currency, the National Bank's official exchange rate on the payment day will be used.
  • Late Payment: In case of violation of the payment deadline, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the advance amount as a penalty.

II. Cancellation Conditions (Cancellation Policy)

  • Client Reservation Cancellation:
    • 30+ days before: Full refund, minus 5–10% administrative fee.
    • 15–30 days before: 30% penalty applies.
    • 7–14 days before: 50% penalty applies.
    • 6 days or less: No refund.
  • No-show: In case of client no-show, the amount is not refunded.
  • Company Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the company, the client will be offered: full refund or an alternative tour of the same value.
  • Force Majeure Circumstances: In case of war, pandemic, natural disaster, or other force majeure, refunds are made only for services not used and not subject to the company's control. Non-refundable expenses (e.g., airfare, visas, insurance) will not be reimbursed.
  • Reservation Rebooking: Changes are possible only at least 14 days in advance, with the organizer's consent. Prices and conditions may change according to supplier rules.

III. Additional Terms

  • Administrative Fee: All cancellations or changes result in a minimum 20% administrative fee of the full amount, which includes organizational expenses.
  • Documentary Form: Cancellation or change is effective only in written form (email or official message).
  • Partially Used Service: After the start of using a tour or package, the amount is not refunded.
  • Insurance: Traveler is required to have mandatory travel insurance that includes cancellation or postponement cases.
  • Consent: By making payment, the client confirms that they have familiarized themselves with and agree to the payment and cancellation policy.

The company reserves the right to update these terms from time to time in accordance with legislative or market changes.
